Honest answers
Why isn't every supplement on this page?+
We only list animal-based and ancestral-aligned products we'd actually take. Synthetic mega-doses and vegan-coded versions of animal-source nutrients are left out on principle, and anything with an open safety question stays off until it's resolved. Where a product is marketed for a specific condition, we describe it in plain food-first terms - by what's in it - rather than repeating a health claim.
What does the evidence tier actually mean?+
Strong evidence: the research is consistent and the mechanism is well understood (creatine, magnesium, D3+K2, collagen). Studies suggest: promising but the trials are smaller or younger (ashwagandha, lion's mane, NMN). Emerging: interesting early signal but treat the noisier claims sceptically (berberine). We label every product so you choose with the same information we use.
How does the 10% discount work?+

Each brand ships from its own location, so use the "Delivers to" filter to see what reaches you. Clean Supplements UK and Ape Nutrition ship from the UK; Heart & Soil ships within the US (and Canada and Australia) but not currently to the UK. Delivery times and rates aren't always published for every region, so verify at checkout before completing an order.
