Why isn't every supplement on this page?+
We only list products we'd take ourselves. Synthetic mega-doses, vegan-coded versions of animal-source nutrients, and condition-named bundles are intentionally absent — they conflict with our ancestral-first stance or stretch what the evidence supports. Catalogues curated this way stay short on purpose.
What does the evidence tier actually mean?+
Strong evidence — the research is consistent and the mechanism is well understood (creatine, magnesium, D3+K2, collagen). Studies suggest — promising but the trials are smaller or younger (ashwagandha, lion's mane, NMN). Emerging — interesting early signal but treat the noisier claims sceptically (berberine). We label every product so you choose with the same information we use.
